It all started in September when Certified Turbulence Trainer Brent Neevel emailed my business something about working out for free. I emailed him back wondering what the catch was, nothing is free! He kept on sending me emails, and I saw some of my Facebook friends posting things about Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp.
I still kept on ignoring it until I got the email from Brent to get in on a 21-day challenge. I finally decided that's it, I need to do this. I started November 1. When I finished my first workout I said to myself what am I getting myself into?
I can't do this, I don't like exercising! I was so sore that whole weekend. Brent told me to keep moving on Sunday and come back on Monday even if I was sore. I was still sore and went three times that week.
People ask me if I like it, and I tell them I don't really know. Exercising still isn't my favorite thing to do, but 30 minutes up and down, huffing and puffing and sweating goes really fast and feels pretty good. I keep going every day 6 days a week.
My trainer Brent motivates me, and I truly know he cares about me and my success. He has helped me so much, and I have learned a lot from him. I have changed my eating habits tremendously. I eat real food, cut out poor carbs and sugar as much as possible, and I plan my meals and prepare them on Sunday for the week.
I feel amazing now! I have so much more motivation and energy also. I am so much happier now because I'm more confident in my appearance. I have had so many people comment on my weight loss, and the positive support from Brent, SFBBC friends , family and friends has really kept me going.
I started at 180 lbs and I lost 25lbs in 4 months. In this challenge alone, I dropped almost 17 pounds and 2 percent body fat, along with numerous inches, especially around my waist and hips! I am addicted to exercising now and very competitive in getting the most steps in and winning step challenges with friends!
