Through the course of one year, I gained more than 10kg (about 22pounds) of which I was not proud at all, and I did not felt well. My curves had started to disappear. I did no exercise and my diet started to decline severly, too. Always eating until stuffed was probably not the best idea. Being constantly tired even after a short walk was miserable.
When first starting the workouts (TT MRT and Bodyweight Cardio 3) I was huffing and puffing, barely catching my breath and muscle soreness followed afterwards, too. But it felt good, since I realized again that I do have muscles. The encouraging words of my trainer, David helped a lot, giving me strength and determination to go on. Before Turbulence Training, I tried several group classes, like aerobic, with little to no result. The downside was the number of people in a session, because of which the trainers had usually scattered their focus too much. Hiring a good personal trainer was a great thing to do, since he only focuses on me alone. After the training sessions I felt more fit every time, they made my day. My endurance have improved quite a bit, too and I see the unwanted inches melting off week by week.
Finally, I’m heading towards success, and I’ll not give up for sure! In the past, I never ever imagined that I can actually get results using my bodyweight as resistance but now I see first hand that the progress is spectacular..
My nutrition improved a lot, too. I can now fast for 14-24hours and eat everything in moderation, knowing how much I should consume to be on track. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies, too and they keep me satisfied. There were times when I only ate pizza and the likes for dinner. I do this sometimes also, but I crave salads more and more.
All in all, I think I’m in much more harmony with my body and learning about nutrition and working out properly (no long boring cardio) I feel renewed!
So thanks, Craig Ballantyne for the system that you created and the contest, too, because you kept me motivated! Judit
