"He Lost 12 Pounds and Over 4% Bodyfat in Just 4 Weeks of
Turbulence Training"

I’ve been a TT member since January of this year, and have seen a more dramatic change in my body than any other time I can remember. When I think back to all of those other types of programs that I used to do, which
involved spending countless hours doing cardio, and doing very few (if any) bodyweight exercises to help raise my metabolism, I know now why I didn’t see nearly the results then that I’ve enjoyed with using TT.

I have a busy life. I work a full time, and a part time job, along with some freelance design work I do on the side. My daily commute takes the better part of 2 hours out of my day. Therefore, TT is the perfect solution for me in terms of the time it takes. The best part is the fact that I know I’m getting a BETTER workout in LESS time! I have more energy, I’m more alert, I’m definitely much stronger, I can’t remember the last time I felt ill, like with a cold or flu, and I’m inspiring all of my co-workers, friends and family.

As far as my goals are concerned, I set my long term goal back almost a year ago when I hit my 39th birthday. I want to be (and will be) in the best physical condition of my entire life (so far) when I reach the milestone of my 40th birthday, coming up this November. Thanks to TT, I feel that I am well on my way to achieving that goal. I started TT back in January at a weight of 260 lbs., and I’m now at 191 lbs.! When I started back in January, my bodyfat was over 30%, and now it is 18.5%!

I was excited on two levels when I saw the Twitter 4-week challenge come about. First, I wanted to see the kind of results I could get from a shorter period of time, since I’d already done the first two 12-week challenges. Second, I was excited to try the new Meatheads workout, which is a great combination of classic weight lifting, with Craig’s dynamic TT exercise style! My stats speak for themselves when it comes to this type of workout. I gained in my arms and thighs, and going by my after photo, I also gained across my back.

The twitter portion of the challenge was great because I found that it was a real motivator for me to keep up with my workout schedule. The nature of the Meatheads workouts were involving 4 workout days per week, instead of 3 like with most other TT programs. I tried to make certain that I was doing a good half hour of solid activity on the “off days” so that I had something useful to report on the twitter updates.

The other thing that has really helped me over the past few months, and also during these past 4 weeks was using the Eat-Stop-Eat program from Brad Pilon. It is such a great system, that I will continue using it until my goal is reached, and then use it for specific periods in the future when I need a little extra “boost” in terms of my fat loss goals moving forward. I have worked it out so that the mornings I am scheduled to workout, I will have had food over the past 12 hours, and the following 12 hours, with fasts in-between.

Another aspect of TT that I started to implement over the past 4 weeks was getting more involved in the TT member forums. It’s really powerful to think
that you were actually able to help someone else through a tough spot in their program, or that several other people I’ve never met in person are willing to give me their advice on something that is perhaps holding me back from my full potential. I know that my successes over the past 4 weeks are a direct result of other TT member’s involvement in my life, and I plan to continue using this valuable resource as long as it is available.

In conclusion, I enjoyed the 4-week twitter transformation challenge, and the Meathead workouts because they helped me achieve the next step on my journey to the best condition of my life (so far), kept me motivated to update my twitter page every day (even on days when it wasn’t convenient to do so), increased my metabolism, decreased my bodyfat %, got me more involved with the TT forums, and all of the great people there.
