This 4 week Twitter Contest has been a great motivator. Twenty-eight days really isn’t a very long time! People have been telling me that I have gotten on the thin side, so I chose to use a mass building program instead of a fat loss program.

I increased the amount of calories I was eating to help gain mass and still ended up losing 1⁄2" on my waist and 1" on my abdomen. However, I am very
excited that I gained 1⁄2" on each bicep! I never, ever believed my stomach could be as flat as it is now, especially after 2 babies! I achieved my goal of 5 pull ups (though not with perfect form) and that was my goal for the 12 week contest!

My weight has fluctuated up and down a few pounds, but generally has remained the same at around 135lbs. As a female, I am pretty happy with these results, though I am guessing a male may achieve even better results gaining mass with the program! I can’t wait to see how the next 4 weeks unfold as I stick with TT for Mass and move on to Phase 2.

I had fun Twittering and meeting new people, in addition to posting on the ttmembers forum. It definitely helped keep me more accountable and I was
able to receive immediate support from and give immediate support to anyone else who was Twittering at the same time. This has been a wonderful experience and I enjoyed it immensely! Thank you to all who participated!
