Hi all! My name is Eduardo! I am from Brazil, but I am currently living in The Netherlands. From the time I discovered Turbulence Training in August 2011 until the end of 2012, I lost more than 15 pounds of fat.

After that, I started aiming for more muscle have used different TT Meathead workouts. Using these workouts, I placed second in the 17th TT Transformation Contest. I am proud of being part of Craig’s mission of helping 10 million people. And I can tell that he and TT have changed my life for good.

The thing I love most in TT is the time efficiency: I go three or four times a week to gym and get everything done in less than one hour. This approach has saved me literally hundreds of hours that I can use for many other different things while being in the best shape of my life.

I decided to participate in the 19th TT Transformation Contest for two main reasons. First, I would like to lose the extra weigh I had put on during holydays in Italy last year. Secondly, I knew I would spend five weeks in Brazil and I could use this contest as an additional motivation to stay on track.

And I am glad that I took action. The workouts I used were TT Meatheads PUMP (weeks 1-2), TT Gain Muscle and Lose Fat 2.0 (weeks 3-6), TT BW Bodybuilding 2k10 (weeks 7-10) and TT Meatheads 5x5 (weeks 11-12). I really enjoyed all of them, but TT Meatheads PUMP was my favorite. In addition to that, I followed the principles of Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat: that is, is fasting once or twice a week (usually twice) and not overeating on the other days.

After 12 weeks, I did lose “only” one pound of weight, but my body fat went down from 13.3% to 12.1%. I did lost 1.5 inch in my waistline, and gained 2 inches in my thigh and 1 inch in both my chest and shoulder. And I once believed that it was possible neither to lose fat and build muscle at the same time nor gain muscle only with body weight exercises! Thanks to TT and Craig, I have been proven wrong.
