Shanda Drops 12 Post-Baby Pounds and Over 14 Inches with Just Turbulence Training Bodyweight Workouts!

One more contest down with good results! I participated in 2 previous TT contests and lost almost 30 pounds. I then got pregnant and gained many unwanted pounds.

After my pregnancy, I suffered from lower back pain. I had to be careful with my back, but I knew that losing stomach fat would help me heal. I joined the contest a bit late, but decided it was time to lose some weight.

During the beginning of the contest, I had back therapy and couldn’t lift heavy weights so I found bodyweight workouts from TT that my back could handle. I didn’t think that I would lose any weight using only bodyweight workouts. To my surprise, I lost 12 lbs and 14.25 inches overall!

I had needed some incentive to lose the baby fat. This contest was just the thing! TT gives you so many different options that work for each unique person. During my last 2 contests I used different kind of workouts, and they too gave me the results I wanted.

The best thing I like about TT is that it is manageable. I am busy with 4 boys, one being a 7 month old who loves being by his mommy. I could use the excuse that I am too busy and with a baby it is just too hard to fit in a workout. But with TT, I can find the time to do my work out. I have evendone my intervals pushing my baby in the stroller. My 3 older boys love doing bird dogs and jumping jacks so they join in as well. I hope to be a good example to them also.

It took me awhile to learn this, but with will power and the right methods, you can lose those unwanted pounds. If you make exercising and healthy eating a habit, it will stay with you. And pretty soon you enjoy your workout and it is a part of your lifestyle.

I still have a long ways to go, but I have the means to get there. With so many workouts to choose from and the knowledge of healthy eating, changes can be made. I’ll be back in for the next contest!
