My name is Karoly Dorombozy, I live in Hungary and I’m 25. Throughout my life I’ve been overweight. Have tried many times to lose weight, but either I was not committed enough or the method (or lack of) was the problem. No matter how much weight I lost, it all came back. I rarely did sports, though.
As a networker, I leart that one can be successful in anything given the right quantity of perseverence. I knew that I needed someone professional, who can set me on the right path. One of my friends suggested David and after the first consultation it became clear that this TT System (Bodyweight Cardio, Metabolic Finishers) he uses is a great one.
Having talked about training and nutrition I stumbled upon Eat Stop Eat and fasting. Lots of paradigm-shifts have happened because of this method. I was enlightened and finally saw the holes and mistakes in my past attemps in weight-loss
In a matter of weeks, not only I felt that this time it will work out, I was sure that I’d succeed.
Starting at 120kg I’m 109kg now, and I’m very happy with that. To be honest, I did not expect such a result. In the following 3 months, I’d like to lose another 10kg, so as to be below 100kg. Now I can picture myself as 85kg but not less yet.
The Turbulence Training workouts are tough but really comfortable for home-use, and are time-efficient.
